mortgages, deeds of trusts, promissory notes and land installment
contracts. Mr. Piel often counsels his private lending clients on

Mr. Piel routinely handles the prosecution and defense of
foreclosures all over the state of Maryland. Representing both
lenders and borrowers, Mr. Piel has experience on both sides of
transactions and has a vast network to help clients match their
interests. Mr. Piel provides thorough, diligent service to lenders
to ensure their rights as creditors are executed in a timely and
effective manner. Mr. Piel works for borrowers by negotiating with
their lenders or litigating to achieve their objectives. Mr. Piel

Mr. Piel services all commercial and residential landlord

repossession (failure to pay rent, tenant holding over, breach of

judgment with respect to dormant liens, and adverse possession.
